In this study, considering the energy situation of the three countries of India, Pakistan and Turkey, the conditions for exporting natural gas through pipelines to these countries were examined. In this regard, the economic - security risks related to the export of natural gas through the pipeline were identified and then, by providing quantitative indicators, each of these risks was calculated for the countries studied and compared with each other. Finally, by calculating the overall risk index, Turkey was the least-risk (0.519) country as the export priority of the Islamic Republic of Iran. India (0.67) and Pakistan (0.677) were ranked second and third respectively.}, keywords = {Natural gas,Energy security,Gas pipeline,economic - security risks}, title_fa = {ارزیابی ریسک‌های اقتصادی-امنیتی صادرات گاز طبیعی از طریق خط لوله به کشورهای هند، پاکستان و ترکیه}, abstract_fa = {وجود منابع عظیم گاز طبیعی در کشور در کنار تقاضای روزافزون گاز طبیعی به‌عنوان یک سوخت فسیلی پاک، مطالعات مربوط به حوزه صادرات گاز طبیعی با رویکردهای گوناگون را به امری ضروری بدل کرده است. در پژوهش حاضر با در نظر گرفتن وضعیت انرژی سه کشور هند، پاکستان و ترکیه، شرایط صادرات گاز طبیعی از طریق خط لوله به این کشورها بررسی شد. در این راستا ریسک‌های اقتصادی- امنیتی مربوط به صادرات گاز طبیعی از طریق خط لوله شناسایی و سپس با ارائه شاخص‌های کمی، هریک از این ریسک‌ها برای کشورهای موردمطالعه محاسبه و با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. درنهایت با محاسبه شاخص کلی ریسک‌های موجود، کشور ترکیه با کمترین ریسک (519/0) به‌عنوان اولویت صادراتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تعیین شد. هند (67/0) و پاکستان (677/0) به ترتیب اولویت‌های دوم و سوم تعیین شدند.}, keywords_fa = {گاز طبیعی,امنیت انرژی,خط لوله گاز,ریسک های اقتصادی- امنیتی}, url = {https://eghtesad.sndu.ac.ir/article_450.html}, eprint = {https://eghtesad.sndu.ac.ir/article_450_ad38717a58f5daf9600ff4ce0f2b19a4.pdf} }
